By using Me.T.F you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions take effect on the date you first use the Me.T.F application. By using Me.T.F, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. User-Generated Content

   Me.T.F is not responsible for the content of any messages stored on the blockchain. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and for ensuring that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Me.T.F is neither responsible for what the user does with the user-generated content.

3. Warranties and Disclaimer Me.T.F is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Me.T.F makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Me.T.F does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability Me.T.F shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of Me.T.F, even if Me.T.F has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Me.T.F shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that Me.T.F is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that Me.T.F's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release Me.T.F from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

5. Indemnity

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Me.T.F, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Me.T.F.

6. General Terms and Law These terms and conditions may be modified by Me.T.F at any time without notice. You agree to review these terms and conditions periodically to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of Me.T.F after any changes are made will be deemed your acceptance of those changes. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Thailand.
